Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Biden Administration should continue to block all assets of the Government of Afghanistan that are held in accounts of United States financial institutions to ensure the Taliban does not have access to such assets.

Referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
