Motion by Mr. McGovern to strike section 7 of the rule, which would provide for consideration of H.R. 9237, the Take Care of America's Veterans Act, under a closed rule.

Motion by Ms. Scanlon to make in order amendment #1 to H.R. 139, offered by Representative Scanlon, which would strike the language of the Sunshine Protection Act and replace it with the full language of the Sunshine for Our Kids Act, which would make Standard Time permanent while allowing states to pass their own legislation enacting permanent Daylight Saving Time if they choose.

Motion by Ms. Leger Fernandez to make in order amendment #167 to H.R. 8595, offered by Representative Leger Fernandez, which requires a report detailing the impacts of United States policies on the health system in Cuba and requires the Secretary of State to provide recommendations to ensure that United States policies do not impede the delivery of adequate amounts of fuel, medical equipment, and medicine to health care facilities in Cuba.

Motion by Ms. Leger Fernandez to make in order amendment #23 to H.R. 8595, offered by Representative Tlaib, which would strike the section of the bill that imposes penalties and funding limitations on countries that welcome Cuban medical professionals.
