Res. 18) disapproving the rule submitted by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to "Overdraft Lending: Very Large Financial Institutions''; providing for consideration of the joint resolution (S.J. Res. 28) disapproving the rule submitted by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to ''Defining Larger Participants of a Market for General-Use Digital Consumer Payment Applications''; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1526) to amend title 28, United States Code, to limit the authority of district courts to provide injunctive relief, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 22) to amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require proof of United States citizenship to register an individual to vote in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes; and for other purposes.

Motion by Mr. McGovern to strike section 5 of the resolution, which prevents the House of Representatives from voting on Rep. Luna, Pettersen, and Jacobs' resolution on remote voting for new parents.

Motion by Mr. McGovern to strike section 4 of the resolution, which provides a duplicative closed rule for H.R. 22, the SAVE Act.

Motion by Mr. McGovern to amend the rule to make in order amendments #3, 4, and 13 to H.R. 22, offered by Representative Johnson, which allow individuals to register to vote in person, online, or by mail; create a private right to action and establishes criminal penalties if an election official were to deny a US Citizen who is otherwise eligible to vote the right to vote; and establish the right to an immediate hearing within 24 hours by a district court to review the denial of a right to vote, respectively.

Motion by Ms. Scanlon to amend the rule to make in order amendment #9 to H.R. 22, offered by Representative Dexter, which prevents the bill from taking effect within a state unless the state certifies that the implementation of the bill would not lead to disenfranchisement of eligible military voters.

Motion by Ms. Leger Fernandez to amend the rule to make in order amendment #21 to H.R. 22, offered by Representative Leger Fernandez, which ensures that individuals who changed their names, including married women, are not disenfranchised, and ensures that rural voters are not disenfranchised.
