Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 4553) making appropriations for energy and water development and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the joint resolution (H.J. Res. 104) providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to ‘‘Miles City Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan Amendment’’; providing for consideration of the joint resolution (H.J. Res. 105) providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to ‘‘North Dakota Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan’’; providing for consideration of the joint resolution (H.J. Res. 106) providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to ‘‘Central Yukon Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan’’; and for other purposes.

Motion by Mr. McGovern to consider as adopted amendment #1 to H. Res. 668, offered by Representative Garcia of California, which deems the Attorney General in contempt of the U.S. House of Representatives should the Department of Justice fail to fully comply with the subpoena of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform demanding documents and other materials related to the Epstein case.

Motion by Mr. McGovern to provide that immediately upon adoption of the resolution, the House shall consider H.R. 4405, the bipartisan Epstein Files Transparency Act introduced by Representatives Khanna and Massie, under a closed rule with one hour of debate.

Motion by Mr. McGovern to add a section to the rule directing the Architect of the Capitol to install a plaque honoring the law enforcement officers who responded to the violence that occurred here on January 6th, 2021, as already required by law.

Motion by Ms. Scanlon to strike section 9 of the rule, which deems as adopted H. Res. 605.

Motion by Ms. Leger Fernandez to consider as adopted amendment #2 to H. Res. 668, offered by Representative Leger Fernandez, which requires the Chair of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee to consult with and obtain agreement of the Ranking Member before redacting or withholding information.
