Motion by Mr. McGovern to strike section 3 of this rule, and add a new section to the rule which amends House Resolution 707 by striking sections 9, 10, and 11, which blocked privileged consideration of measures ending the Administration's global tariffs and tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and Brazil until March 31, 2026.

Motion by Ms. Scanlon to make in order and provide the appropriate waivers for amendment #2 to H.R. 5371, offered by Representative Gray, to repeal Medicaid cuts in the Big Ugly Bill and permanently extend the ACA tax credits that help people afford health insurance.

Motion by Ms. Leger Fernandez to make in order and provide the appropriate waivers for amendment #4 offered by Representative Landsman, #5 offered by Representative Skyes, #9 offered by Representative Underwood, and #6, 7, and 8 to H.R. 5371, offered by Representative Pallone.
